Cancellations

 

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment. Otherwise, your account will be charged for the scheduled session with no refund. You will receive class credit if cancellation is within 24 hours of class time. 24 hour cancellation notice is also required for pole parties and event performances. The deposit is non-refundable. 

 

Late Arrivals

 

Session time cannot be extended for private appointments. Therefore, if you arrive late, session time will end as scheduled.

If you are more than 5 minutes late for a group fitness class, you will not be permitted to enter the class, as you risk missing the proper warm up necessary for safety and injury prevention.

 

Group Class Package Purchase, Special Deals, and Free Lessons

 

Group class package deal and other specials must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase. 

 

Merchandise Purchases

 

All sales are final for Lucky's Room apparel and Lucky Charmed fragrances/candles.
